Highlights
This is a private activity. Only your group will participate. Ferruccio’s Corner is located in the heart of the city, right on the main square. Sant’Agata Bolognese is based in a strategic area: between Bologna and Modena/Maranello (from Bologna 45 minutes, from modena 30 minutes).
- Learn how to make tagliatelle, tortelloni and/or tortellini
- learn how to make two different varieties of ricotta filling
- Learn how to cook traditional homemade pasta
- Enjoy a relaxed Italian atmosphere as you learn the traditional method of making pasta with the rolling pin before mastering the modern technique by machine.
- Enjoy also eating what you prepared with your own hands.
- Taste fine Italian local Sangiovese or sparking Lambrusco wine or Pignoletto white wine.

Full description
You will start the lesson by preparing the dough for both Tagliatelle and Tortelloni. You will blend eggs and flour and try your hand crafting different types of pasta with the help of your instructor as needed.
